Kobe Vs Lebron

Christmas was a very exciting day as the Miami Heat faced the La Lakers. After all the anticipation leading up to the event the Miami Heat walked out the arena victorious.

They humiliated and completely embarrassed the Lakers in front of millions on Christmas day.

Kobe Bryant was closely guarded as the Heat defense suffocated him and caused him to force bad shots/turn the ball over.

As for the heat Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, Chris Bosh as well as other heat players had good performances.

LeBron had a triple double, Bosh had a double double, Wade had 18(Injured Left Knee) and others were in double figures.

The game was a blowout pretty much the entire time, but became physical at the end.

Kobe and Lebron exchanged a few words, but i guess we'll never know what were said between the two.

Not to mention Kobe Bryant was booed by the fans. I personally don't see a reason for this.

It was a way of disrespect to a guy who bring 5 championships to the city.

Not to mention back to back titles as well. They should give Kobe Bryant much more respect and appreciate the work he's put into this franchise.

Nasty Posterization....ization

Should suspended OSU players go pro!!!!

First of i would like to say hello and thank anybody who took the time to read this blog today.

As you may know 5 OSU players were suspended and if you didn't know one of those 5 players included Terrelle Pryor.

Prior was the highest rated quarterback coming out of high school as well as a highly recruited basketball player as well.

Terrelle Pryor is an athletic freak and the quarterback for OSU. Pryor as well as some of his other teammates auctioned of jerseys, rings, and other memorabilia. As a result each will serve a 5 game suspension.

So with that being said, do you think those players should go pro? I personally think that they should.

If they want to make money they might as well turn pro. Terrelle Pryor as well as boom could forgo their senior year and be definite lottery picks.

I guess we'll see how it goes.

Eagles Eagles and More Eagles

First of i would like to congratulate the eagles on a very impressive win.

Not to mention overcoming a 20 point deficit to tie the game and then win the game in the last few seconds of the game.

Micheal Vick took a beaten against the giants but prevailed and stayed in the game. Micheal Vick put the eagles back in the game and simply won them the game.

Did you see Desean Jackson? He deserves credit as well. Together with Vick they produce a dynamic one two punch and are accountable for most of the eagles offense.

After Vick caught the eagles back up Desean Jackson sealed the deal in the final closing seconds of the game.

Guess how? A punt return that's right a punt return. After the punt, a few seconds later Desean Jackson found the end zone.

Vick is the main reason of the eagles success, but others stepped up as well and not to mention the eagles are sitting on the top of the division and could possibly win the NFC.

Micheal Vick = MVP..anybody has a problem with that?

Rookie Of the Year (RoY)

Who do you think will be the nba rookie of the year? I know many of you are thinking john wall, but there are also many other talented rookies. Here is a list of possible candidates:

John Wall

Demarcus Cousins

Blake Griffin

Derrick Favors

Eric Bledsoe, Evan Turner, Jordan Crawford and may more are other talented rookies as well

Here is a picture of the 2010 Nba Draft Class

Floyd Mayweather

Floyd "Money" "Pretty Boy" whatever name he wants to be called is the best pound 4 pound boxer on the planet.

He's the undefeated (41-0) 5 division world champion. However, he's been in alot of trouble recently.

He's been accused of assaulting his ex-girlfriend, stealing her iphone, threatened to kill her and threw her on the floor.

As a result mayweather has been ordered by court to not be able to contact his ex girlfriends and his sons.

He was said to also have threatened his sons.

Mayweather was charged with four felonies, 4 misdemeanors and many other charges.

Mayweather had to pay 31,000 for bail and could face up to 34 years in prison if he's convicted of all his

charges. We'll see how it goes.

7 foot 14 year old [future nba star]?

Check out this 14 year old 7 footer. Future Nba Star?

Gilbert Arenas

Gilbert Arenas what is wrong with you? What were you thinking to fake an injury and sit out a game...on

purpose, just because you were afraid to be booed? Gilbert last time i checked you are a proffesional

basketball player meaning you get paid to play the game...or do you love the game? How would you let a minor thing like that keep you out of a game.

Do you forget you have a mutlimillionaire contract, which will leave you set for life.

Gilbert you are better than that. You were the face off the franchise, the man of the city, a nba all star.

Gilbert i understand you may be scared, but it's not late for you to turnaround and become a nba star again.

Gilbert you are better than this, i believe in you.

Take micheal vick as an example that it's never too late to prevail

Michael Jordan

Micheal Jordan is arguably the greatest basketball player of all time. He was a 5 time nba mvp, 6 x Nba Champ, 6 x finals Mvp, 10 x scoring champ, 2 x olympic gold medalist, 14 x nba all star and the list goes on.

Micheal Jordan achieved so much you just can't write them down. He changed the game of basketball forever.

Micheal Jordan was one of the few people to defy gravity. People enjoyed his style of play and not to mention his tongue as well.

He was a prolific scorer and a tremendous dunker he was also an all around player as well. Jordan's legacy would never be surpassed in my eyes.

He was probably the best player to ever touch a basketball.

No disrespect to Wilt Chamberlain, but i think it would be pretty easy to score 100 points when your the only 7 footer and a giant compared to others. Jordan is also a member of the hall of fame.

He achieved so many things in life. Michael Jordan is an inspiration to many and me myself so i wanted to show some respect by honoring him.

He's the greatest player of all time.

Here are a few jordan moments.

Nike Air Jordan

Air Jordans Revoloutionized the shoe game in many different ways.

They were probably the best brand of shoes ever made.

Here are a few retro jordans. I wanted to know your thoughts on them.

Which do you think is the best one?

I think it's the retro 8, anybody disagree?

Allen Iverson

Here are some pictures of former nba all star, nba mvp and one of the all time greats Allen Iverson with his new team. Iverson signed a contract with a turkish team after not being signed by any nba team

Nba Mvp!!!

Look i know the season just started, but many are already favorites to win the 2010-11 nba mvp award.

Like:

Kobe Bryant

Lebron James

D-Wade and Carmelo

K-D and more...

However my pick to win this year is Derrick Rose. I mean he's quick rise to become one of the top point

guards in the nba as well as his potential shows room for improvement. Imagine derrick rose improving he

would be more dangerous.Derrick rose is lightning fast if not the fastest in the nba.

He is also strong and able to finish around the basket.

He is very athletic, smart and posesses a great court vision.

Rose also shows signs of improving his jump shot as he's become a much consistant shooter as to last year.

He's off to a great start this season averaging about 25 ppg and 10 apg. Derrick Rose is scary good.

Donovan Mcnabb

What's going on in DC? The redskins were of to a great start but lost some really close games.

With a (4-4) record who should be blamed? Many people think that Mcnabb is to be blaimed for the tough loses. My question is Mcnabb really to be blamed?

I don't think so. The blame should go on the coaching staff and the O-line. Mcnabb doesnt have enough time in the pocket as he is frequently sacked.

In the last game alone Mcnabb was sacked 6 times more than what a qb should endure. 6 sacks is alot and yet even more for one game.

Mcnabb was then subbed for the final 2 minutes of the game after taking that much beating. Mike shannahan subbing Mcnabb was a dumb move as grossman fumbled on his first snap resulting in a Ndamakung Suh touchdown.

He had many different reasons as to why Mcnabb was benched, but i'm not buying any of them. Point blank he should have left mcnabb in the game.

If Mcnabb played the first 58 minutes why not allow him to finish the last 2.

Doesn't make any sense to me. Mcnabb has alot to prove in little time after the bye week.

Micheal Vick

What can i say about Micheal Vick the guy is simply amazing.

After serving his jail term, he shows no sign of slowing down. Vick is a terrific athlete as he shows it in his pefromaces.

After being put in jail for dogfighting vick still looks and plays young. He still plays as if he is in his prime. He still has the ability to tuck the ball and run as well as drop back in the pocket and throw accurate passes.

In his first game back vick still looked pretty sharp. He was able to complpete precised passes as well as pick up yards on the ground.

Vick proved critics wrong with his stellar performance this season. He puts up impressive statistics and help guide his team to victories.

However, vick suffered another setback after injuring his ribs. Vick was sidelined and missed 3 games, later returning to play against the colts in his first game back.

Vick showed no signs of being slowed by injury by recording another terrefic performance resulting in a (26-24) victory against the colts.

That win improved the eagles to a (5-3) sitting on top of the NFC East. With Vick the eagles have a better chance of winning.

Vick is the man of the team

Dallas Cowboys

Dallas Cowboys made history, but in a bad way. It was there worst start since 1989. The cowboys started the season off with a (1-7) record their worst record since jerry jones became the owner. The cowboys also fired wade phillips, as he was the first coach to be fired in season in franchise history(50 years). So who's to blame? Is it Wade Phillips? Jerry Jones? Or the players, who is it? That questions remains unanswered as they remain (1-7). In my oppinion the coaching staff is to be blamed as they allowed too many faulty mistakes. Those mistakes are very apparent as they are shown in their play. Another big reason for their (1-7) record was the loss of pro bowl quaterback Tony Romo. Romo suffered a broken collarbone against the giants. His replace...guess who? That's right Jon Kitna aka Mr. Interception. I'm sure they will be fine when they get romo back and make a few changes here and there. But it's still not late for the cowboys to make the playoffs. They have to go undefeated the rest of the season which is very hard, but anythings possible.

Rajon Rondo

To me rajon rondo is underlooked and underrated. Rajon Rondo in my eyes is the best point guard in the Nba. I believe Rondo doesn't get enough credit and for him to be left out of the "big 3" thats a very bad move.

Rondo is also the best celtic in my eyes as well. Rondo is the most complete point guard in the game. Rondo is a stat sheet stuffer as he is a triple double king. For his size rondo is a very good rebounder.

He averages over 5 rebounds and i think he is a bit unselfish, that answers why his scoring isn't high. But he is capable of scoring at will. He is quick, a very good ball handler but struggles a bit with his jumpshot. If rondo develops a consistent jumpshot he would be flattout unstoppable.

Rondo creates mismatches for his opponents on any giving night. Oh and did i mention his passing ability? Rondo is the best passer in the nba.

I mean he could hit behind the backs, no look passes you name it rondo can do it. I think rondo should be given credit for his ability and his hard work. Rondo is a serious weapon to reckon with. Possible Nba Mvp? You tell me all i know is that he is the best point guard in the nba.

Los Angeles Lakers

With all of the limelight being shined on the "Big 3", Free Agency acquisations and more i feel like the La Lakers are being overshadowed.

I mean come on the lakers won 2 back to back championships and are looking for a 3 peat. If its anybody to hype or cover it should be the La Lakers.

La didn't even finishing celebrating their defending championship victory befor they became overlooked. C'mon now the lakers have the greatest player on the planet, they are a very good defensive team and Pau Gasol is emerging as possibly the best center in the Nba.

Did you see pau gasol's triple double? I mean it was amazing pau gasol is highly skilled. Oh and did i forget to mention that the head coach is Phil Jackson who many consider to be the best coach of all time.

Phil Jackson now has 11 championship rings and he's seeking his 12th. The Lakers are a very balanced team and they are very experienced.

They have a very good team chemistry and did i already mention that they have kobe bryant. I mean what more can i say about kobe bryant.

He's a 5 time Nba Champion, 2x Finals Mvp, 12x nba all star, scored 81 points in this modern era and the list goes on.

Alongside kobe is Ron Artest who many considers as the best defender in the game.
Together they form a solid perimeter as well as a good defending backcourt.

At the point guard spot is Derrick Fisher, a clutch time performer and a very important person in the lakers success. Bynum and Gasol form what many considers the best frontcourt in the game.

The lakers are also loaded on the bench. To me the lakers didn't get enough credit for their back to back championship victory and they are looking for a 3 peat.

The lakers are very likely to achieve that feit unless, that's if unless the Miami Heat knock them off in the finals.

Don't sleep on the lakers as they are a very potent threat and they are still undefeated (7-0).

"The Big 3" James, Bosh and Wade

The highly anticipated 2010-11 is well underway as the miami heat are looking to prove critics wrong. With the summer buzz over, the Heat are now focusing solely on basketball.

Lebron James was the cover of the NBA this entire summer as he became a miami heat through free agency.

Former Toronto Raptor Chris Bosh joined the miami heat alongside Lebron and Wade teaming up to form what is now known as the "Big 3".

In the first preseason game it didn't take long for Lebron James to prove doubters wrong as his explosive play led the team to victory.

Bosh turned in a complete game with (20 Points 6 Rebounds). Dwayne wade left with a hamstring injury in the first 3 minutes of the game.

The miami heat then cruised all preseason long finishing (6-2). After the preseason it was now time for the "Big 3" to focus on the regular season.

In their first few games of the regular season the heat struggled a bit with turnover issues due to the lack of team chemistry, but as the season progressed they began to build a strong bond.

They went on to win 4 straight games after their first loss to boston. The play of the "Big 3 improved as the season progressed as well.

The "Big 3" each scored 20 points as wade led the team with 29.

Miami Heat are very good contenders and are my favorite to win the Eastern Conference. They way the miami heat are improving, there's no telling how good they could be.

Miami is now (5-2) and i think they should only get better as the season goes on. So my question is, Do you think Miami can win a championship this season? My answer to that question is yes, but i guess we'll see how the year turns out.
